Black Student Union's Mission
The Black Student Union was created to promote cultural awareness on campus. Open to people of all races, the club ultimately focuses on informing both students and faculty about the history and everyday issues of African Americans. We sponsor educational, social and community activities that allow students to make new friends, have new experiences, and further enjoy college. Overall, just like any other club, the Black Student Union strives to be a part of the rewarding college experience.
